However, being responsible towards the country's technological future, we must ensure that our national data, the talent of our youth, and our digital sovereignty remain completely secure amidst these major agreements.
It was further noted that India must think beyond remaining just a large 'consumer market' or a source of 'tech labor' for the global Silicon Valley. India possesses the world's finest minds and youth power, which must be utilized natively to build domestic strength.
Advocacy for a 'Sovereign Core OS' and Domestic Tech Fortress
Through the article, Kiran Raj Mathur advocated for building a robust domestic technological ecosystem within the country, stating that this is the perfect time to gradually reduce reliance on foreign operating systems (OS) and foreign cloud architecture.
